Eligible refund situations
We will review a refund request when you were charged more than once for the same order; payment was captured but the purchased service was not activated; the amount charged did not match the confirmed order; or a material service defect attributable to us prevents use and cannot be corrected within a reasonable time.

How to request a review
Contact us within 7 calendar days of the payment. Include the account email, order/payment reference, payment date, amount and a clear description of the issue. Do not send card numbers, UPI PINs, OTPs or bank passwords. Email admin@a2zinvitations.com or call/WhatsApp +91 93635 15254.
Review and payment timeline
We may ask for information needed to verify the transaction and service status. If approved, we normally initiate the refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. The bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit it. We will not issue cash or redirect a refund to an unrelated account.
Cancellation and deletion
You may request cancellation or delete eligible website data through available account controls. Cancellation or deletion does not automatically create a refund. Refund eligibility is assessed under this policy.
If we cancel an unfulfilled paid order because we cannot provide the purchased service, we will refund the undelivered portion as appropriate.
Failed or pending payments
A failed transaction should not activate the service. Banks sometimes display a temporary debit for a failed or pending payment; such reversals are generally controlled by the bank/payment provider. Contact us if the status does not resolve so we can check the provider record.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
