Sample templates can be viewed publicly before purchase. Your personalised invitation website and client dashboard access are activated after payment confirmation.
Wedding posters
After poster add-on payment is confirmed, eligible templates and the poster studio are unlocked in the client dashboard. Completed posters are delivered as downloadable digital image files.
Personal and custom domains
Domain add-ons require manual DNS and certificate work after payment and receipt of complete setup information. Setup normally takes 1–2 working days, but DNS propagation, registrar access and certificate issuance may take longer. The original invitation-page link remains available during setup.
Delivery problems
Check the client dashboard and the email address used for registration. If paid access is not available after confirmed payment, contact us with the order reference. Do not send card details, OTPs, UPI PINs or banking passwords. Email admin@a2zinvitations.com or call/WhatsApp +91 93635 15254.
No physical shipping
No courier, tracking number or physical shipping fee applies to the standard invitation, poster or domain-setup services. Any separately agreed physical service will have its own written delivery terms.
