Sharing
We share information only as needed with service providers that support hosting, storage, payments, communication, analytics or security, including Hostinger and Razorpay where applicable. Guest responses are shared with the relevant invitation owner. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety and service integrity.
We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and sessions
We use essential cookies or similar storage for sign-in, session security, language preference and core website operation. Optional analytics or advertising technology is used only when configured and subject to applicable consent requirements.
Public invitation content
Invitation links are designed to be shared with guests. Information placed on a public invitation may be viewed by anyone who receives or discovers the link. Avoid publishing sensitive information that guests do not need.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Deletion requests may not remove records that we must retain for accounting, fraud prevention, backups or legal compliance.
Security
We use access controls, authenticated dashboards, password hashing, transport encryption and application safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password and promptly report suspicious activity.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a privacy concern. Invitation owners can edit content and manage guest responses through their dashboard. Guests may contact the invitation owner or us regarding their submitted response.
Children and international processing
The service is intended for adults organising events and is not directed to children for independent account creation. Service providers may process information in locations where they operate, subject to contractual and legal safeguards.
